For over 23 years, APICEM's APICRYPT secure messaging application has enabled healthcare professionals to network with each other, while preserving the confidentiality of transmitted medical data through high-level encryption.

The APICRYPT® secure healthcare messaging system is recognized as the largest medical network, both in terms of flows and number of users, with 100 million messages exchanged in one year and almost 90,000 subscribers (mainland France and overseas departments and territories) representing over 136 medical and paramedical specialties.

The aim of the "Territoires Numériques Éducatifs" is to implement educational continuity and reduce the digital divide. Hérault is one of 12 départements experimenting with this scheme from 2021.

The strategy for digital education involves deploying digital equipment, sharing educational content and training teachers and families. Following an experimental phase in 2020-2021 in two départements (Aisne and Val-d'Oise) and initial positive feedback, "Hérault" is one of 10 new départements entering the digital educational territories scheme.
